Wagner College Athletics

Joins the Wagner swimming team for her senior campaign after playing on the MAAC Champion water polo team in 2007. Has one season of eligibility remaining.

2007-2008 The senior speedster ranked second on the team in the 50 freestyle with a time of 24.81 at the NEC Championships (2/16) and first in the 100 freestyle at 54.38 (1/26)...had a season best 5:39.23 swim in the 500 freestyle at the SW Invitational (10/20)...swam a 1:00.52 in the 100 butterfly at the Boston University Invitational (11/18) Bio/Personal

Rodgers arrives on the Grymes Hill campus by way of Fullerton Junior College. The 2-meter defender is a former junior college teammate of former Seahawk Natasha Peterson. Rodgers will provide much needed depth at the 2-meter defense position for the Green & White. In addition to water polo, Rodgers swam during her time at Fullerton and was named Fullerton female athlete of the year in 2005-06. Sister (Kelsey) plays goalie currently at Fullerton. Attended Canyon high school where she swam and played water polo. Named swim team MVP on several occassions and received multiple coaches awards in water polo. Huge fan of Harry Potter and Hillary Duff. Plans to be a high school teacher and swim coach.
