2025 Outdoor (Junior): Ran a college-best 35:43.69 10,000m at the NEC Outdoor Championship (5/3-4) to finish 14th… Finished sixth with 4x400 relay team (3:39.25) at the Rider Invitational (4/18-19), also running 4:22.03 1,500m… Ran a 9:22.69 3,000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14)… Finished seventh in 4x1500 relay (16:40.60) at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5), also running 4:18.73 1,500m… Opened the season with a college-best 16:12.37 in 5,000m at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational (3/20-21).

2024-2025 Indoor (Junior): Ran 4:41.02 mile at the Ramapo College Opener (1/17)… Finished 15th in the mile (4:41.99) at the Wagner College Invitational (1/3)… Ran a 9:37.53 3,000m at the Seahawk Shootout (12/13).

2024 Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not see any action. 

2023-24 Indoor (Sophomore): Ran a 4:44.16 mile in the preliminary at the NEC Championship (5/4-5)… Finished eighth in the 3,000m at the NYC Mets Indoor Championships (2/2) with an 8:58.95 time… Ran a 4:27.84 mile at Boston University’s John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-27)… Logged a 4:31.68 mile time at the Penn Select 10 (1/13)… Finished fifteenth in the mile at the Wagner Invitational (1/5) with a 4:32.25 time… Opened the season with a 9:19.48 time in the 3,000m at the Wagner College Shootout (12/8).

2023 Outdoor (Freshman): Logged a 4:35.47 1,500m preliminary at the NEC Outdoor Championship (5/6-7)... Finished 21st in the 1,500m (4:35.48) at the Rutgers Relays (4/22)... Logged a 9:16.3 3,000m at the Bucknell Invite (4/15-16)... Finished 12th in 5,000m (16:23.02) at the Colonial Relays (3/31-4/1)... 2022-23 Indoor (Freshman): Ran a 4:49.16 time in the mile preliminary at the NEC Indoor Championship (2/19-20)... Finished 15th in 1,000m (2:42.88) at the Mets Indoor Championship (2/3-4)... Ran a 4:36.74 mile at the John Thomas Terrier Invite (1/27-28)... Logged a 2:44.63 1,000m at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/20)... Finished 23rd in the mile (4:41.61) at the Penn Select 10 meet (1/14)... Before Wagner: Seta ran Cross Country all four years at Monsignor Farrell High School... Broke five minutes in the mile and broke 15 minutes in the 4k... Won Island Championships twice at Monsignor Farrell and were Federation Qualifiers both times.
