2026 Outdoor (6th Year): Named Most Outstanding Track Performer (Distance) and All-NEC first team after he won 10,000m run at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/2-3) with a collegiate-best 31:05.05, finishing fourth in 5,000m (14:57.39) and 10th in the 1,500m (4:02.11)… Finished second in 1,500m (3:53.76) and sixth in 4x800 (8:03.55) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (4/18-19)… Ran collegiate-best 1,500m (3:47.93) at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-13) to finish 17th… Finished fourth in 4x1,500 relay at the Colonial Relays (4/2-4) with 16:23.39 time, also logging collegiate-best 14:34.46 5,000m time to finish sixth… Opened outdoor season with a ninth-place 4x400 relay finish (3:31.13) and 15th-place 1,500m finish (3:59.47) at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational (3/19-20).
2025-2026 Indoor (6th Year): Won bronze in both the 3,000m run (8:36.83) and distance medley relay (10:20.35) at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/15-16), also finishing fifth in the mile (4:18.51)… Ran a 4:19.50 mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31)… Logged collegiate-best mile time (4:11.41) at Columbia’s Dr. Sander Scorcher… Won the mile at the Wagner College Invitational (1/17) with a 4:13.26 time… Opened indoor season with a collegiate-best 8:36.80 time to win the 3,000m at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational (12/6), also winning 4x800 relay (8:14.91).
2025 Outdoor (Graduate): Finished 12th in 1,500m final (4:08.69) at the NEC Outdoor Championship (5/3-4)… Finished sixth in 4x400 relay (3:39.25) at the Rider Invitational (4/18-19), also running 2:02.37 800m… Opened the season with 4:24.37 1,500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14).
2024-2025 Indoor (Graduate): Named All-NEC rookie team for the mile (4:19.81) after he placed fifth in the final at the NEC Indoor Championship (2/16-17) also winning silver with distance medley relay team (10:17.05)… Ran college-best 4:14.53 mile at the FastTrack National Invite (2/7)… Logged 4:14.90 mile and 3:56.94 1,500m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31-2/1)… Ran 4:19.19 mile at the Dr. Sander Scorcher… Finished eighth in the mile (4:25.26) at the Ramapo College Opener (1/17)… Ran college-best 1:58.56 800m at the Spartan Invite (1/10) to finish sixth… Made his collegiate debut with fourth-place finish in 3,000m (8:41.82) at the FastTrack Season Opener (12/6).
