Drew Fitzgerald enters his second year as an Assistant Track & Field Coach.

Fitzgerald joins the Seahawk staff after a successful four year campaign on the track & field squad at Bucknell University.  A six time IC4A Qualifier and decorated jumper for the Bison, Fitzgerald served as a three year captain, currently holds the school record in the high jump (2.10 meters) and was named the Patriot League Indoor High Jump Champion in 2009.  Earning team MVP honors in 2008 and 2009, Fitzgerald was an NCAA Regional Qualifier in both the high jump and pole vault events and was also named as the Patriot League Champion in both events in 2009.  A native of Ballston Spa, NY, Fitzgerald garnered Patriot League Championship Field MVP honors as a sophomore. 

Outside of Bucknell Fitzgerald served as a volunteer track coach at Ballston Area Recreation Center from 2006 until 2010 where he was responsible for coaching children ages 6-18 in pole vaulting, high jump, long jump and sprints. 

Fitzgerald earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Classics from Bucknell in 2011.  In addition to his coaching duties, Fitzgerald will be working towards his MBA in Marketing.
