Brian Doxey enters his second season as a volunteer assistant for the men's and women's cross country and track & field programs. He returns to his alma mater following an outstanding four-year career for the Green & White.
A native of West Islip, NY, Doxey was a middle distance runner for head coach Joe Stasi on the track as well as being a member of the cross country team. A standout in the classroom , Doxey was named to the Dean's List on three seperate occasions while serving as the treasurer of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (S.A.A.C.).
Doxey graduated with a 3.329 GPA while earning his bachelor's degree in childhood education and art with a minor in sociology from Wagner in May, 2011. He is currently pursuing his master's degree in childhood literacy.
