Nikita Zotov

Former University of Iowa standout Nikita Zotov is in his first year as head coach of the Wagner Men's Tennis Program.

Zotov earned three varsity letters from 2008-2011, while racking up 17 singles and 21 doubles victories. Additionally, he helped the Hawkeyes to a 33-32 record during his time in Iowa City.

Prior to his time at Iowa, Zotov won the 2008 Russian Team Nationals with CSKA Moscow and competed in the main draw of the 2007 Junior Wimbledon.

Zotov, who was a member of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business Dean’s list, accrued a 3.56 GPA while graduating with a degree in finance. He also earned a minor in political science and an International Business Certificate.

Most recently, he worked as a financial analyst for Bloomburg LP before descending upon Grymes Hill.

A native of Moscow, Russia, Zotov is pursuing his MBA with a concentration in finance at Wagner.
