2013 Junior Season
Team MVP ... All-NEC Selection ... One of the top returning harriers in the NEC ... Paced the squad in all seven of his races ... Earned All-NEC accolades after crossing the line fifth in 26:58 at the 8K NEC Championship (11/2) on the Immergrun Course, which is one of the toughest in the Northeast … His finish was the second-highest in school history … On the same course, placed second with a mark of 26:47 at the Father Bede Invitational (9/28) … Was fourth in a season-best 26:18.44 at the 8K METS Championship (10/11) ... Opened the year by taking second in 19:24.8 at the 6K Monmouth Kickoff (9/1), before finishing third with a mark of 26:39.38 at the 8K Monmouth Invitational (9/21)  ... Was 10th (15:19.21) at the 5K CCSU Mini Meet (10/25).

2012 Sophomore Season
Team's No. 2 runner for most of the season … Competed in six races … Earned two top-10 finishes ... Placed third on the team and 25th overall (26:22.56) at the 8K NEC Championship (10/27) ... Notched a season-best time of 26:09 en route to finishing fifth at the 8K Father O'Neil Invitational (10/13) ... Placed seventh in 19:46.8 at the 6K Monmouth XC Kick-Off (9/1) ... Was 16th (26:29.4) at the 8K Nassaney Memorial Invitational (9/8) and 19th (26:49.78) at the 8K Ted Owens Invtitational (9/22) ... Garnered inclusion on the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2011 Freshmen Season
One of the team’s top returning runners … Competed in seven races … At the 8K NEC Championship (10/29), placed third on the team and 34th overall at the clocking in at 28:06.9 ... Followed that up by finishing fourth on the squad and 224th overall (36:48.7) at the 10K NCAA Regional Meet (11/12) … Took 39th (28:04.3) at the 8K Monmouth Invitational (9/17) … Placed 66th at the 8K METS Championship (10/7) and 15th (28:13) at the 8K Father O’Neil Invite (10/15) … Began his collegiate career at the 6K Monmouth Quad (9/3),  finishing 38th (20:19.2) ... Garnered inclusion on the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Scholastic / Personal:
Attended North Rockland High School, participating on the cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Barry Baloga … As a member of the cross country team, helped the Panthers to three County Titles and one Section 1A Team Championship … Also was a two-time qualifier for the New York State Championship … Section 1A Individual Champion as a senior … On the track, helped North Rockland to four-straight County Championships, two Sectional Titles and the New York State Federation Championship as a senior … During the indoor season as a senior, was a member of the “Triple Crown” winning teams as North Rockland captured the League, County and Sectional Titles … Won two Sectional 3000 steeplechase championships … Also qualified for the State and National meets … Team Captain … Graduated with a 3.5 GPA and was a member of the Principal’s List and the Honor Roll … Won the Journal News Scholar Athlete Award … Has two siblings: John (28) and Jenna (26) … Jenna was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Wagner from 2006-2010 … Born on March 31, 1993 … Is majoring in business administration with a concentration in marketing at Wagner.
