TJ Masella serves as the Seahawks’ Director of Football Operations. In his role, Masella oversees all aspects of the football program’s operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and budget management while also managing recruitment logistics.
No stranger to football operations, Masella previously worked as an equipment manager and student manager at UMass from 2016-2018. His additional professional experience includes stints at Pierce Professional Resources, Draft Kings, and Three Step Sports.
Masella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from UMass Amherst, an MBA from Assumption, and a Master’s Degree in Education from Wagner.
