Jacob Liebert joined the Wagner football staff in 2024 and will serve as Wagner’s assistant linebackers coach and video coordinator.
 
Liebert arrives on Grymes Hill after playing three seasons at Pace as a linebacker and punter. In 2023, Liebert tallied 35 tackles (13 solo, and 22 assisted) and recorded 1.5 tackles for loss on the season. On special teams, Liebert punted 23 times throughout the season totaling 890 yards (38.70 yards per punt). In the classroom, Liebert earned a spot on the NE10 Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
Liebert also appeared in all 10 games in 2022 while making seven appearances in 2021. No stranger to the Northeast Conference (NEC), Liebert started his collegiate career at Sacred Heart
 
Liebert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing from Pace and will pursue his Master’s Degree while at Wagner.
