Hayden Meister joined the Wagner football program in 2021 as the Director of Football Operations.
In his role, Meister will coordinate a myriad of non-coaching aspects of the Seahawk football program, including, team travel, team meals, summer camps, and housing program. Other duties include game day management as well as handling the coordination and planning of team events and special projects.
Meister comes to Grymes Hill after most recently serving as a football operations graduate assistant at the University of Iowa.
At Iowa, Meister handled numerous responsibilities in regards to academics, team travel, game day preparation, fundraising, and staffing.
Prior to his graduate assistant position, Meister also served as a student manager for Iowa’s football program and promotions manager within the Hawkeyes’ marketing department.
Meister holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa.
