2014 (Junior Season): Competed in all six races for the season … Recorded a time of 21:35.8 at the 6k Monmouth XC Kick-Off (8/30)  to claim 44th overall … One of six Seahawks to place within the top 25 at the 8k LIU Post Invite (9/13) with a time of 28:07.23 … Scored with a time of 16:54.46 at the 5k CCSU Mini Meet (10/24) and a 77th finish … Finished 38th at the 8k 2015 NEC Championships (11/1)  with the fourth quickest time on the squad at 28:33.42 … Earned a spot on the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Sophomore Season): Scored in four of his five meets … Clocked a time of 29:42 at 8K Father Bede Invitational (9/28) on the Immergrun Course, which is one of the toughest in the Northeast … Notched a season-best mark of 29:02.70 in placing 74th at the 8K METS Championship (10/11) … Was 52nd in 22:44.1 at the 6K Monmouth Kickoff (8/31).

2012 (Freshman Season): Team's No. 5 runner … Competed in six races … Placed fifth on the team and 83rd overall (29:25.88) at the 8K NEC Championship (10/27) ... Clocked a season-best time of 28:56.16 en route to placing 71st at the 8K Ted Owens Invitational (9/22) ... Began his collegiate career at the 6K Monmouth XC Kick-Off (9/1), finishing 85th (22:42) ... Garnered inclusion on the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Scholastic / Personal: Ran scholastically at Gregory Terrace High School ... Competed in cross country and track & field from 2007-2012 ... Won the GPS Conference Championship his last three years in cross country ...
