Biography

Junior Season (2011-2012): Won the 100 butterfly at Mount St. Mary’s (10/22) with a time of 1:08.09 … Took the 200 IM at Manhattan (11/11), finishing in a time of 2:18.90.
Sophomore Season (2010-2011): Finished sixth at the Northeast Conference Championships in the 100 butterfly with a time of (58.78), missing the podium by less than a second ... Snapped Bryant’s pool record in the 100 fly (1:00.57) when Wagner traveled to the Bulldogs in its season opener ... Took silver in the 100 butterfly against Iona (10/29).

Freshman Season (2009-10): Currently holds two positions on the NEC top-16 list in the 100 and 200 butterfly ... also is fifth on the NEC Championships result in the 100 butterfly ... notched a fourth-place finish in the 100 butterfly at the conference championship meet ... was also 11th in the 200 butterfly and first in the C final for the 200 IM at the NEC Championships.

Before Wagner: Swam for Staten Island Technical High School in Staten Island, NY … earned four varsity letters under coach Ann-Marie Boylan … finished in the top-three in every one of her events at the PSAL City Championships … qualified for the NYC PSAL State Team in 2006 and 2007 … swam for Wagner Aquatics Club under Scott Bartleson where she qualified for Sectionals and the Long Course Super Sectionals … also participated in track and field … was a member of the National Honor Society and was a four-year Honor Roll honoree.

Personal: Daughter of Sean and Lori Gibbons … has two sisters, Jenna and Courtney.
