Before Wagner: A British Columbia, Canada, native, he played his prep golf for Delta Secondary School under coach Shell Thompson … earned four varsity letters … nominated for the High School Athlete of the Year award for five consecutive years … as a senior, he made it to the Provincials … qualified and played for Team Canada in 2007 and 2008 … also participated in volleyball … a member of the 2009 NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

Personal: Son of Lora and Kaz Nakajima … has two sisters, Karen and Lisa.
