Wagner College Athletics

Junior Season (2025-26): Finished the season with 46 bout wins, becoming one of five Wagner fencers to reach that benchmark. Ziganova was the only Wagner women’s foilist to qualify for the NC Fencing Regionals, where she advanced to the second round and finished top-20 in the women’s foil division with seven wins. Was named a Scholar of Distinction by the USFCA. 

Sophomore Season (2024-25): One of three fencers to compete in 100 or more bouts during the season, and the only foilist to win more than 50 bouts (59). Earned a spot in the NC Fencing Regionals, where she won five bouts and advanced to the second round. Ziganova picked up two more wins in the second round before bowing out. Was named a Scholar of Distinction by the USFCA.

Freshman Season (2023-24): Earned a spot at the Mid-Atlantic/South Regionals, finishing as a top-16 contender in the foil pool of competition... Also advanced to the knockout stage of the Garret Open... On the season, she compiled a 65-24 record, earning double-digit victories on three occasions... Earned a season-high 17 victories at the Northeast Fencing Conference Varsity Meet, which was the most at a single event on the team.

Before Wagner: Bronze medalist of Russian Championship 15u... Bronze medalist of International Children Game 15u... Multi-time winner of all-Russian competitions... Multi-time winner of Federal regional competitions... Graduated high school with honors and was a semi-finalist of an all Russian intellectual competition “Big Change,"... Competed on the track and field, and volleyball team in high school... Also graduated from music school for her expertise in playing the piano.
