2024 Outdoor (Freshman): Named All-NEC second team for the 4x800 relay… At the NEC Championships, joined second-place 4x800 relay team (7:49.88), placed sixth on 4x400 relay (3:25.94) and finished ninth in the 800m preliminary (1:55.62)… Part of the 4x800 relay team at the Penn Relays (4/25-27) that ran a 7:46.14 time… Ran the 800m (1:55.62) at the Rider Invitational (4/20) for a seventh place finish… Had a college-best 1:55.02 in the 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14)… Placed eleventh in the 800m (1:56.98) at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6) and fourth in the sprint medley relay (3:32.09)… Made his outdoor debut at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29-30), running the 1500m (4:10.39) and 4x400 relay (3:32.98).

2023-2024 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in six events through indoor season… Rounded out indoor season at the Scarlet Knight Open (2/2-3), running a college-best 1:22.15 in the 600m to place sixth… Competed in three events at Boston University’s John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-27) in the 800m (1:56.33), 4x400 (3:22.61) to finish eleventh, and in the distance medley relay (10:29.10)… Ran in the Wagner Invitational (1/5) as part of the 4x400 relay (3:33.66) that finished fourth… Finished fifth in the mile at the Wagner College Shootout (12/8) with a 4:25.03 time… Placed eighth at the Penn Select 10 (1/13) in the 800m with a 1:55.28 time… Made his collegiate debut at the FastTrack Season Opener (12/1) in the one-mile run (4:31.47).
