Wagner College Athletics

Sophomore Season (2025-26): Collected the most wins among women’s sabrists with 32. During the Nikki Franke Classic, Nyiri won the bronze medal for women’s sabre. Qualified for the NC Fencing Regionals and advanced all the way to the semifinals. She picked up eight wins and finished 15th in the women’s sabre category. Was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team, and was tabbed as a Scholar of Distinction by the USFCA.

Freshman Season (2024-25): One of three Wagner fencers to compete in over 100 bouts, finishing the year at 64-37. Earned a spot in the NC Fencing Regionals and advanced to the second round with five wins, collecting one more win before bowing out. Was named a Scholar of Distinction by the USFCA.

Before Wagner: Competed in the 2019 All Star Cup in Eislingen, Germany, where she reached the round of 64 after a first-round bye and a second-round victory.
