Wagner College Athletics

2026 (Junior Season): Appeared in 15 games, making 13 starts while scoring six goals and dishing out two assists for a total of eight points. Took 15 shots with 10 on target, ending the season with a shooting mark of 40.0%. Collected a team-high 65 draw controls, to go along with 14 ground balls and five caused turnovers. Eclipsed the 100 career draw control threshold at FDU on 4/25, becoming the 14th Seahawk in program history to reach the mark. Scored a hat-trick against New Haven on 3/21. Collected double-figure draw controls twice, highlighted by an 11 DC outing at Mercyhurst on 4/4.

2025 (Sophomore Season): Started in all 14 games she appeared in, normally taking the draw for the Seahawks. Wright finished third on the roster in collected draw controls with 34, with collected two ground balls, and attempted one shot on against Howard on 4/19. 

2024 (Freshman Season): Made four appearances while logging three starts. In four appearances, Alex scored four goals including two in her first-ever appearance against Lafayette on February 21.

Before Wagner: A graduate of Parsippany Hills High School, Alex was named All-Group Two, FIrst Team All-Conference and Second Team All-County throughout her high school career.
