2025-2026 Indoor (Junior): Won bronze in the distance medley relay at the 2026 NEC Championships (2/15-16) with a 10:20.35 time, also running a 4:24.32 time in the preliminary to finish 11th… Ran a 9:03.31 3,000m time at Boston University’s John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31)… Logged a collegiate-best 4:23.99 mile time at Columbia’s Dr. Sander Scorcher… Finished eighth in the 3,000m at the Wagner College Invitational (1/17) with an 8:58.64 time.

2025 Outdoor (Sophomore): Won bronze in 4x800 relay (7:49.32) at the NEC Outdoor Championship (5/3-4), also placing 13th in 5,000m with college-best 15:56.70 time and 14th in 1,500m preliminary (4:05.33)… Placed fourth in 4x400 relay (3:34.08) and seventh in 1,500m (4:04.56) at the Rider Invitational (4/18-19)… Ran a college-best 8:46.56 3,000m to finish tenth at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14)… Placed seventh in 4x1500 relay (16:40.60) and ran college-best 4:02.56 1,500m to finish 17th at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5)… Ran 16:20.01 5,000m and 4:10.95 1,500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/20-21).

2024-2025 Indoor (Sophomore): Won silver with distance medley relay team (10:17.05) at the NEC Indoor Championship (2/16-17), also placing 11th in mile preliminary (4:28.58)… Ran 4:09.06 1,500m and 4:28.56 mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31-2/1)… Logged 4:32.84 mile time at the Dr. Sander Scorcher (1/24-25)… Ran college-best 4:25.44 mile to finish ninth at the Ramapo College Opener (1/17)… Finished eighth in 3,000m (8:50.56) at the Seahawk Shootout (12/6).

2024 Outdoor (Freshman): Named All-NEC second team for the 4x800 relay after finishing second at the NEC Championships (5/4-5) with a 7:49.88 time, also logging a 4:02.70 time in the 1,500m preliminary… Ran a 3:32.72 time with the 4x400 relay team at the Rider Invitational (4/20) to finish eighth, also running a 4:05.67 time in the 1,500m and 1:5901 in the 800m… Ran a college-best 1:58.83 time in the 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14), also running a 4:12.64 time in the 1,500m… Finished seventh in the distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6) with a 10:57.95 time, also logging a 4:04.40 time in the 1,500m… Made his collegiate debut in the 1,500m at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29-30) with a 4:07.67 time to finish eighteenth in a field of 61.
