2026 Outdoor (Graduate): Named All-NEC second team for both 5,000m and 10,000m after he won silver in both the 5,000m run (14:50.64) and 10,000m run (31:05.40) at the 2026 NEC Championships (5/2-3)… Finished eighth in 1,500m (3:57.86) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (4/18-19)… Named NEC Track Athlete of the Week (4/15) after he ran a collegiate-best 30:30.61 10,000m run at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/11-13)… Finished second in 5,000m run at the Colonial Relays (4/2-4) with a 14:30.98 time, also finishing fourth in 4x1,500 relay (16:23.39)… Posted collegiate-best 1,500m at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational (3/19-20), finishing third with a 3:54.10 time and ninth in 4x400 relay (3:31.13).

2025 Outdoor (Senior): Did not see any action.
2024-2025 Indoor (Senior): Finished 15th in 5,000m (15:53.88) and 16th in 3,000m (8:59.83) at the NEC Indoor Championship (2/16-17)… Finished seventh in the mile (4:24.82) at the Wagner College Invitational (1/3)… Ran a college-best 8:38.69 in 3,000m at the Seahawk Shootout (12/13) to finish fifth.
2024 Outdoor (Junior): Finished seventh in the 10,000m at the NEC Championship (5/4-5) with a 31:33.53 time, also running a 15:14.61 in the 5,000m… Ran a 15:01.03 time in the 5,000m invite at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6), also on Wagner’s third-place 4x1,500 relay team that ran a 16:19.78 time… Opened the season with a college-best 4:04.04 time in the 1,500m at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29-30) to finish ninth.
2023-24 Indoor (Junior): Ran a college-best 14:55.04 time in the 5,000m at the NEC Championship (2/18-19) to finish eighth… Finished third in the 3,000m at the NYC Mets Indoor Championships (2/2) with an 8:47.48 time… Ran a 4:37.40 mile at Boston University’s John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-27)… Opened the season at the FastTrack Season Opener (12/1) with a. 15:42.17 time in the 5,000m to finish eighth.
Outdoor 2023 (Sophomore): Finished fifth in 10,000m (31:27.38) and sixth in 5,000m (15:24.37) at the NEC Outdoor Championship (5/6-7)...
