2010 Junior Season
Competed in all eight meets, pacing the Green & White on two occasions and finishing second the other six times ... Finished second on the team and 22nd overall at the 8K NEC Championship in a time of 26:24.3 ...  At the 10K Northeast Regional Championship, placed 143rd in 32:50.6 ... Capped his season at the IC4A Chamionship with a 20th-place finish (26:23.8) ... Paced the squad and took 10th with a time of 27:07 at the 8K Ted Owen Invitational ... Also led the way at the 8K METS Championship, crossing the line 13th in 26:29 ... Clocked a time of 26:30 at the 8K Fairfield Invitational, placing fourth.

2009 Sophomore Season
Competed in seven races ... Had his best finish in the 6K Monmouth Quad, taking eighth with a mark of 20:00 ... Had his best 8K time (26:42) at the Fairfield Invitational, coming in 30th ... Placed 17th in 27:19 at the 8K NEC Championship ... Finished the 10 K Northeast Regional in 39:38, good for 243rd place.

2008 Freshman Season
Competed in six races … Finished 23rd with a time of 15:48 at the 5K CCSU Mini-Meet … Crossed the line in 27th place with a time of 27:58 at the 8K NEC Championship ... Concluded the year with a time of 36:36 to take 195th at the 10K NCAA Regional Championships.

Scholastic / Personal:
Attended St. Joseph’s Prep, participating on cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Curtis Cockenberg … Earned four letters in cross country and four in track & field … Finished second at the Catholic League Championships in 2007, third in 2006 and fourth in 2005 … Second Team All-Catholic for Track & Field in 2006 & 2007 ...Was a First Team All-Catholic Cross Country selection in each of his final three years … Served as the team captain as a senior … Has already been inducted into the St. Joseph’s Prep Cross Country Hall of Fame … Has five siblings; Katie, John, Steve and Mike … Katie played Field Hockey and was on the track & field team at Catholic University of America from 1999-2003 … John was on the cross country and track & field teams at Haverford College from 2003-2005 before transferring to Penn State for the 2005-2006 season … Steve was on the track & field team at LaSalle from 2004-2007 … Born on August 28, 1989 … Is majoring in biology at Wagner.
