2020-21 (Junior): First Team All-NEC... averaged 78.56 strokes over nine rounds spanning five events... finished every event of the season in the Top 10, including four Top-5 finishes and two runner-up finishes... shot under 80 in each of final seven rounds of the season, including all three rounds of the NEC Championship, one of just seven competitors to do so.

2019-20 (Sophomore): Season was highlighted by claiming the title at the Niagara Invitational after a single round score of 74 ... Posted rounds of under 80 on six separate occasions ... Finished third at the FDU Invite after rounds of 79-76 ... Placed seventh at the Vanessa Picciotto Perrine Memorial Intercollegiate after a 36 hole score of 165 ... Average score of 78.10 led the team.

 2018-19 (Freshman): Capped her season by tying for fourth place at the NEC Championship, matching her with since graduated teammate, and four-time All-NEC performer, Pascalle Tego, as each shot a three-round score of 232 (+16) … This performance came on scores of 80-76-76 at the LPGA International-Jones Course and helped vault the Seahawks into a third-place finish … Burst onto the scene right out of the gates by beginning her collegiate career with a pair of Top-10 showings … In mid-September, she shot a three-over par 75 in her collegiate debut, which put her in a tie for 16th, before firing an even par round of 72 on the following day as her 147 (+3) finish placed her in a four-way logjam in 10th place … Two weeks later, the Nova Scotia, Canada native recorded her second consecutive tie for 10th-place finish at the Bucknell Invitational, carding rounds of 79-76-81=236 … Next best finish was a T-21 at October's Brown University Bear Invitational, which came on scores of 79-74-153 … For the season, McLean finished second on the team with a 78.0 average, just 0.31 shots behind Tego's 77.69 average.

Before Wagner: Heather McLean was a four-year varsity letterwinnner at Horton High School in Greenwich, Nova Scotia, Canada … Versatile athlete who played three seasons on the Griffins girl’s basketball team …  Helped lead her golf team to the Region 12 Championship as a senior … Daughter of Margaret and Angus McLean … Coached by her mother in both golf and basketball throughout her high school career … Member of Nova Scotia Junior Golf Team since 2014 … Named Nova Scotia Junior Girl’s Player of the Year in 2015 … Picked up a golf club for the first time at age eight … Enjoys swimming and reading …Favorite athletes are Jordan Spieth and Lexi Thompson … Plans to major in biology … Has two siblings, Ian (21) and Meghan (20).
