STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Here is a look at the Wagner Athletics events for this week.
Men's Basketball
- Wagner is back in action this week on Thursday, Jan. 29 as the Seahawks host CCSU at 7:30 p.m. inside the Spiro Sports Center. The contest is part of a doubleheader, with Wagner women's basketball facing CCSU earlier in the evening at 5 p.m.
- Wagner will also host FDU on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 1 p.m.
- Over the weekend, Wagner's game at LIU was postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date.
Men's Fencing
- The men's fencing team will host the Brian Palestis Memorial Invitational on Sunday, Feb. 1 at the Spiro Sports Center.
- The meet will include Columbia, Penn, Penn State, St. John's, UNC, Vassar, and Yeshiva. The first round is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
Men's Swimming & Diving
- The Seahawks will finish their split meet with LIU at the Steinberg Wellness Center in Brooklyn on Jan. 30 at 5 p.m. The men's team currently trails 60-67.
- Wagner will finish off its regular season against Binghamton at the Patricia A. Saunders Aquatic Center in Vestal, NY on Jan. 31 at 1 p.m.
Men's Track & Field
- Wagner will split up for the first time this season, with athletes remaining on Staten Island for the Mets Indoor Championships at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Friday, Jan. 30.
- Hitting the road, the Seahawks will also compete in Boston University's John Thomas Terrier Classic, beginning Friday, Jan. 30 at Boston University's Tennis & Track Center and wrapping up on Saturday, Jan. 31.
- Individually, senior Christopher Milillo has been extended an invitation to participate in The Millrose Games at The Armory on Sunday, Feb. 1.
Women's Bowling
- A week after postponing the team's first home meet of the season due to inclement weather, Wagner will head to the Griffin Baker Classic in Deptford, New Jersey.
-The Griffin Baker Classic starts Saturday, Jan. 31 at Bowlero Lanes and teams will compete through Sunday, Feb. 1.
- Postponed from Sunday, Jan. 25, Wagner will reschedule the Seahawk Shootout for a later date.
Women's Basketball
- Wagner will host CCSU at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29 for the program's 'Alumni Day'.
- The men's team will tip-off at 7:30 p.m. against the Blue Devils following the conclusion of the women's game.
- The Seahawks then travel to FDU for a 2 p.m. start on Saturday, Jan. 31 at the Bogota Savings Bank Center.

- Splitting time this weekend, a contingent of Seahawks will be hitting the road for Boston University's John Thomas Terrier Classic, beginning on Friday, Jan. 30 at Boston University's Track & Tennis Center. The meet will wrap up Saturday, Jan. 31.
- Meanwhile on the island, Wagner will also compete in the Mets Indoor Championships at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Friday, Jan. 30.
Women's Water Polo
-The Seahawks will be on the road for Princeton Invitational, starting on Saturday, Jan. 31 against Bucknell at 10:30 a.m. and at 6 p.m. against Indiana at DeNunzio Pool in Princeton, NJ.
- The Invitational ends on Sunday, Feb. 1 against Princeton at 3:30 p.m. at DeNunzio Pool in Princeton, NJ.
