Edison, NJ – Fifteen members of the Wagner women's water polo team were named to the 2025 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Water Polo All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office.
A total of 75 student-athletes earned the honor. To qualify for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

The Seahawks, who recently captured their second consecutive MAAC Championship, will advance to the NCAA Tournament. Wagner will learn its matchup during the NCAA Selection Show, set for Monday, April 28 at 8:00 PM ET on NCAA.com. This year's tournament will be held in Indianapolis, IN, hosted by Indiana University. Opening round action will take place on Wednesday, May 7, with the championship game scheduled for Sunday, May 11.
