Staten Island, NY - Here is a look at the Wagner Athletics events for this week.
Baseball
- The Seahawks host two midweek games this week against Seton Hall and Iona. Back at SIUH Community Park after hosting a weekend series against LIU, Wagner plays Tuesday and Wednesday. First pitch is scheduled for 3:30 pm for both games.
- Wagner will then hit the road for a weekend series against Northeast Conference (NEC) opponent Coppin State. The three games in Baltimore, Maryland will be played Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the start times being 3 pm, 1 pm. and noon, respectively..
Men's Lacrosse
- The Seahawks are set to travel to Robert Morris for a matchup with the Colonials on Saturday, March 22.
- Opening face-off is scheduled for noon in Moon Township, PA.
Men's Golf
- Wagner will face-off against Binghamton in the Carpetbagger Classic beginning on Saturday, March 22 and wrapping up the two-day meet on Sunday, March 23.
-The Seahawks are coming off a close 383-372 loss in their spring opener to the La Salle Explorers in a match on March 11.
Men's Tennis
- The Green & White will be traveling to Philadelphia to face-off against UPenn on Friday, March 21.
- Next, the Seahawks will be heading to Washington D.C. to meet up with Howard on Saturday, March 22.
Softball
- The Wagner Seahawks will be hosting against the Bucknell Bison in a doubleheader on Tuesday, March 18. First pitch for game one is set for 1:00 pm while the second game is scheduled to begin at 3:00 pm.
- Next, the Green & White will be traveling to take on CCSU in NEC play on Saturday, March 22.
Track & Field
- Wagner opens its outdoor season with a trip to Richmond, VA for the Spider Relays hosted by Richmond.
- The men's team is coming off a second-place finish at the NEC Indoor Championships, while the women's team has just clinched the program's first ever NEC Indoor Championship with a record-breaking 176 team score.

Women's Lacrosse
- Wagner will finish its two-game road-slate to begin conference play at Saint Francis U on Saturday, March 22.
- Opening draw control is set for 1:00 pm in Loretto, PA.
- Most recently, senior Kendra Hall was named an NEC Prime Performer after scoring one goal and dishing out a season-high four assists at Stonehill last Saturday.
Women's Golf
- Coming off a tie against Hofstra on March 14, the Seahawks head to Woodstown, NJ for a match against Saint Joseph's.
- Saint Joseph's placed fifth of the five teams in the Wagner Fall Classic on October 18 to conclude the fall season, with the Hawks shooting 363. The Seahawks won that match with a 312 team score.
Women's Tennis
- Wagner will be heading to Washington D.C. to match up against Howard on Saturday, March 22.
- The Seahawks will then be facing Providence on Sunday, March 23.
Women's Water Polo
- Wagner will take part in three Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) games between Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23 in Philadelphia, PA.
- On Saturday, the Seahawks take on La Salle for a 2:00 pm opening ball-drop.
- On Sunday, Wagner squares off against VMI and Villanova, with its matchup against the Keydets at 9:00 am and the Wildcats at 1:00 pm.
