Football Announces 2025 Schedule

Staten Island, NYThe Wagner College football team has announced its 2025 schedule, which includes two matchups against FBS opponents and six home games at Hameline Field.

This marks the eighth season in which Wagner will face two FBS teams and the programs first time hosting six games since 2019.

The Seahawks will kick off their campaign on Friday, August 29, with a road game against Big 12 member Kansas—the first-ever meeting between the two programs. They will then visit Georgetown on September 6 before hosting Marist on September 13 in their home opener.

After opening at home, Wagner returns to the road to face Central Michigan on September 20. The Seahawks will then wrap up their non-conference slate by hosting Norfolk State on September 27, led by four-time Pro Bowler Michael Vick.

Following a bye week, Northeast Conference (NEC) play begins with a three-game homestand against new conference member Mercyhurst (October 11), Central Connecticut State (October 18), and Duquesne (October 25).

November opens with back-to-back road matchups against Saint Francis U (November 1) and Robert Morris (November 8). Wagner will then host its final home game against Stonehill on November 15 before concluding the regular season at LIU on November 22.

Game times and television networks will be announced at a later date.
