Easton, PA | Hempstead, NY - The Wagner College men's tennis team dropped three matches last weekend, falling to Lafayette on Thursday, March 28, with a score of 1-6 before falling to Saint Francis with a score of 1-6 on Friday, March 29. On Sunday, March 31, the Seahawks dropped their match to Hofstra with a score of 0-7.
On Thursday in doubles, the Seahawks dropped all three matches.
In singles, junior
Jordan Hunte earned the lone victory for the Seahawks defeating Lafayette's Derrin Lerner with a score of 6-2, 6-2.
On Friday, the Seahawks dropped all of their matches against Saint Francis.
In doubles on Sunday, senior
Rodrigo Perez and junior
Sebastian Dobson earned the lone victory for the Seahawks defeating Hofstra's Jonathan Mahrt Guyou and Ostap Kovalenko with a score of 6-4.
In singles, the Seahawks dropped all matches and fell to Hofstra with a score of 0-7.
Next up, Wagner will travel to Brookville, NY to take on LIU on Friday, April 5.
