Staten Island, NY - Here is a look at the Wagner Athletics events for this week.
Men's Basketball
- The Seahawks enter the Northeast Conference (NEC) Tournament as the #6 seed and will take on #3 Sacred Heart on Wednesday at 7:00 pm on NECFrontRow.

Women's Basketball
- Wagner will wrap up the regular season at Merrimack on Thursday, tip-off is scheduled for 3:00 pm.
- Last week, Wagner dropped its final two home contests of the season.
- In order to make the NEC Tournament, Wagner needs to defeat Merrimack and Stonehill needs to defeat LIU.

Women's Lacrosse
- Wagner will travel to Hempstead, NY to take on Hofstra on Tuesday at 3:00 pm before hosting Delaware on Saturday at 12:00 pm.
Men's Lacrosse
- Wagner will begin MAAC play on Saturday as they welcome Marist to Hameline field at 6:00 pm.
- Last week, the Seahawks dropped their fifth consecutive contest to open the season as they fell to NJIT 15-5.
Baseball
- The Seahawks will seek their first win of the season when they travel to Rutgers on Tuesday. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 pm.
- The Green & White will then open Northeast Conference (NEC) play this weekend at Delaware State. Game times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are scheduled for 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 1:00 pm.
Softball
- The Seahawks will travel to Baltimore, Maryland to face Morgan State and Army on Saturday, March 9.
- Last time out, Wagner fell to Santa Clara and UC Davis in a doubleheader on Sunday, March 3. In game one of the series freshman pitcher Karson Zavala collected a career high 8 strikeouts to lead the Seahawks into extra innings.
Fencing
- Wagner will head to Madison, NJ on Saturday to compete in the Mid-Atlantic/South Regionals. Last season, the Seahawks sent nine athletes to regionals. This year's prospective candidates will exceed the previous program record.
Men's Tennis
- The Seahawks will host Merrimack on Saturday, March 9 at the College of Staten Island indoor tennis courts.
- Last time out, Wagner suffered a 1-6 loss on the road against Morgan State where senior Lucas Darling earned Wagner's lone win in singles with a score of 6-3, 6-3.
