Staten Island, NY – The Wagner College women's lacrosse team earned a 16-6 win over Merrimack at Hameline Field on Saturday afternoon.
After both teams each tallied three goals in the first quarter, Wagner outscored Merrimack 5-1 in the second frame. Sophomore

Kelsey Scheidel and sophomore
Kendra Hall tallied one goal each in the second.
The Seahawks took a 8-4 lead into the second half and went on to outscore the Warriors 3-0 in the third behind goals from Scott, Scheidel and Colver.

The win brings Wagner to 6-7 overall and 5-1 in Northeast Conference (NEC) play with two games remaining in the regular season.
Wagner will host Howard on Saturday, April 22 at 12:00 pm in the Seahawks' final regular season game of the season.
