Staten Island, NY - The Wagner women's lacrosse team claimed their first Northeast Conference (NEC) victory of the season, 16-5 over Central Connecticut State on Saturday afternoon.

Five goals in the third quarter opened up a 13-5 lead as senior

Megan Greco, and freshman
Katie Siverson tallied goals.
Stefani Peluso tallied three goals in the fourth quarter to give the Seahawks a convincing 16-5 victory. Her second goal of the quarter was the 100th career point for the Branchburg, NJ native.
Madeline Seims tallied a hat trick for Wagner as
Kasey Dorney found the back of the net twice and dished out one assist while tallying six ground balls and three caused turnovers. Senior
Aileen Hannan also caused three turnovers and scooped six ground balls.
The Seahawks will be back in action on Wednesday, March 30 to take on NEC opponent LIU at 1:00 P.M.
