Wagner Men's and Women's Tennis Set For NEC Tennis Championships

West Windsor, NJ - Both the Wagner men's and women's tennis teams are headed to West Windsor, NJ for the first round of the Northeast Conference (NEC) Tennis Championship, which will commence on Friday, April 16 at Mercer County Park. The tournament will be contested over three days in a single elimination format. 

The men's tennis team will be taking on St. Francis Brooklyn on April 16 at 10:00 a.m.

On the women's side, the Seahawks will be squaring off against the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers.

  • #4 Mount St. Mary's vs. #5 Wagner
  • #1 LIU and #2 Bryant will receive byes due to Saint Francis U electing to not participate in the NEC Tournament. 

The semifinals are slated for Saturday followed by the men's and women's title matches on Championship Sunday.

Spectator Policy
Fans will be permitted to attend the NEC Tennis Championships.

Spectators must remain at least 12 feet away from student-athletes and coaches at all times, wear a mask that covers the face and nose, practice appropriate social distancing between groups (families may sit together) and comply with all venue, local and state COVID-related protocols.

Spectators may not interact with student-athletes before, during or after the conclusion of the event.

Tailgating is strictly prohibited.
