The pairing of Vedika Anand and Samantha Lugtu blanked Alisa Handrugan and Dea Lako, 6-0, in first doubles before the Terriers took the next two matches in taking a 1-0 lead in the overall match.

Junior Fidan Khalilzade earned a 4-3 win at third singles after Jean-Na Koo retired as the Seahawks got on the board. Anand put the visitors ahead, 2-1, after being awarded the win at first singles (6-5, retired) over Lako.

Lugtu put the Green & White in a position to clinch the match after rallying back in second singles. The second-year Seahawk dropped the first set, 4-6, before taking the second set, 7-5, against Runsi Patro. In the third set, Lugtu was able to pick up the win, 6-2, as Wagner went up 3-1.
