Stephanie Peterson (Vernon, NJ/Vernon Township) registered four goals and one assist while senior midfielder
Shea Gegan (Belmar, NJ/Manasquan) added three goals and two assists as 13 different Seahawks found the scoring column in a dominating 20-3 victory at Delaware State today.
With the win, the Green & White improve to 2-6 on the season while the Hornets saw their season mark fall to 2-7.
Wagner galloped out to a 12-0 halftime lead and never looked back as Peterson, Gegan and freshman attacker
Anna Belle Reilly (Paraside Valley, AZ / Notre Dame Prep) each hit for two goals in the opening 30 minutes.
The Seahawks opened their lead to 14-0 before Delaware State got on the board with 19:05 remaining in the game when Iman Hassan, who scored all three of the Hornets' goals, found the back of the net with an unassisted tally.

Contributing one assist apiece to the Seahawk offensive onslaught were senior attacker
Tori McGrath (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem Central) and junior defender
Amanda Rey (Tunersville, NJ/Washington Township).
Sophomore goalie
Lucy Darlington (Timonium, MD / Notre Dame Preparatory) recorded the win with four saves while playing the first half before giving way to sophomore
Kelsey Fee (White Plains, NY / White Plains/Ithaca College), who was credited with one save while spending the second half between the pipes.
Wagner held a commanding 38-11 advantage in shots and were 2-of-6 on free position shots while enjoying a 15-8 edge in draw controls. The Hornets held a 9-8 lead in ground balls but were harassed into committing 18 turnovers by the tenacious Seahawk defense while Wagner turned the ball over just eight times.
The Seahawks complete the non-conference portion of their schedule on Wednesday, March 30 when they host the Columbia University Lions of the Ivy League in a 6:00 p.m. start.
