Schenectady, NY - For the second-straight weekend, Wagner won all three doubles and six singles matches in convincing fashion en route to posting an easy 7-0 victory over Siena at the Central Park Tennis Courts.
In doubles action, the freshmen duo of
Ryan Khan (Weston, FL / University School) and
Allen Wang (Clovis, CA / Buchanan) open the match with an 8-3 win at No. 1 before the tandem of
Rick Delboi (Fr., Rosbach V.D.H., Germany / Anna-Schmidt-Schule) and
Michal Rolski (Fr., Kielczow, Poland / Oak Meadow (VT)) secured the first Seahawk point with an 8-3 victory at No. 3. For good measure, sophomore
Sam Flaxman (Avon, CT / Avon) and freshman
Charlton Boyd (Shreveport, LA / Loyola College Prep) wrapped up doubles play with an 8-5 win.
Rolski continued the Green & White domination in singles play with a quick 6-1, 6-0 victory at No. 1 to extend the lead out to 2-0. Khan followed suit with an easy 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 2 before Wang clinched the match thanks to cruising to a 6-0, 6-4 victory at No. 3.Â
