Stony Brook, NY - The Wagner men's tennis team completed play at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sunday at the University Courts.

The sophomore duo of Danil Ovechkin (Staten Island, NY / Pendleton School (FL)) and David Garzon (Guttenberg, NJ / Memorial) won their Flight "A" doubles consolation match via a 9-8 (5) score over Stony Brook's Max Sztabholz and Ryan Schmitz. The junior tandem of Christian Rautenstrauch (Charlotte, NC / Providence Day) and Pierre Yuzon (Bakersfield, CA / Centennial) also won their Flight "B" doubles consolation match in a walkover.

The Seahawks return to action against La Salle on Saturday, September 17 at 10:00 am at the Wagner Tennis Courts.
