Box Score

Bloomington, IN - The Wagner water polo team dropped their final two games at the Fluid Five tournament with a 16-7 loss to Indiana and a 12-6 loss to #19 Santa Clara.

Senior Billy Hoelck (San Diego, CA/University of San Diego HS) had her eyes on the net in both games as she scored five against the Hoosiers and three against Santa Clara in the losses. Junior Nicole Maichrowicz (Temple City, CA/Temple City) netted four total goals in the two-game stretch with three coming against Santa Clara.

Freshman Natalie Pyrz (Harleysville, PA/Souderton Area) was the only other goal scorer for the Seahawks with her lone goal coming during the Indiana game. The Pennsylvania native was able find the back of the net on a penalty shot where older sister, Indiana goalie Jackie Pyrz, was not able to stop the younger Pyrz's shot.

Freshman goalie Kristen Spector (Camp Hill, PA/Cumberland Valley) stoned eight shots in the loss to Santa Clara.

Its conference time for the Seahawks as they will take on Siena and St. Francis (NY) on April 5th. The first game against Siena begins at 1:00 PM while the game against the Terriers is slated for a 5:30 PM start.
