Staten Island, NY - Wagner (3-11) lost 7-0 to Lafayette earlier today at the Hillside Swim Club.

Junior Adam Amster (Concord, MA / Concord-Carlisle) dropped a tough-decision to Eric Wiley 6-1, 7-6 (7-3) at first singles. In second singles, freshman John LeBlanc (Staten Island, NY / Tottenville) lost to Brett Kraft 6-1, 6-2. Graduate student Robert Kiley (Greenlawn, NY / Hofstra) fell at No. 3 singles 6-3, 6-0 to Lee Kojanis. Freshman Ben Serbiak (Washington Crossing, PA / Holy Ghost Prep) was stopped by Steven Benezra 6-0, 6-0 at fourth singles. At No. 5 singles, classmate Byron Clohessy lost 6-2, 6-0 to James Murphy. Sophomore Will Shuler (Springfield, MA / Central Springfield) rounded out singles play with a 6-2, 6-1 loss to Chris Chartier-Cotter

The Leopards took the doubles-point after sweeping all three doubles' matches.

Wagner returns to action tomorrow with a 1 pm match at Delaware State.
