Rachel Reeves, a former standout defender for the Seahawks, enters her second year with the Wagner Athletics staff as an assistant coach for the women's soccer team.
She comes back to Grymes Hill after being an assistant coach for the Staten Island Gunner's, a U-14 girls' soccer team. In addition to her responsibilities in the athletic department, Reeves will pursue a Masters in Business Administration.
Reeves was a defender for the Green and White from 2010-2013, and helped the team last year to the winningest season in program history. She was a four year letterwinner at Wagner as well as a captain during her final season.
