Clara Looney joined the Business Department in December of 2025 after five seasons playing collegiate soccer.
Looney earned her Bachelors in psychology, and media + communications studies at UMBC while being a four-year soccer player. She appeared in 41 games for the Retrievers before transferring to Wagner for the 2025 academic year. With the Seahawks, Looney played in all 20 games in 2025 and helped win that season's NEC Women's Soccer Championship.Â
Looney hails from Clifton, Virginia, and is currently pursuing an MBA in marketing while at Wagner.
