Bailey Hardy enters her second year at Wagner as Women’s Water Polo Assistant Coach, having recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology, with a minor in psychology, from McGill University located in Montreal, Quebec in May 2017.
Hardy most recently served as the head coach of the Dollard-des-Ormeaux (DDO) 14 & Under girls water polo program. She also served as an administrative assistant for Ontario Family Group Homes and Family Options Inc.
The Quebec native's coaching experience also includes serving as a manager and assistant coach for the Canadian 18 & Under Women’s Youth National Water Polo during the summer of 2018. In this role, she assisted in running drills and developing targeted skills during training sessions.
In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Hardy will be pursing a Master's Degree on Grymes Hill.
