Wagner College Athletics

Benjamin Finnigan begins his first season as a volunteer coach of the Wagner track & field program.

No stranger to the Seahawks, Finnigan was a member of the 2019-20 men's indoor track & field team that took home the program's first-ever Northeast Conference (NEC) championship.

The Dover, NH native was part of the DMR squad that clinched the championship for the Seahawks, as the quartet posted a time of 10:09.96, which stands as the program indoor record. 

Finnigan was a four-year member at fellow NEC member, Mount St. Mary's, where he was a team captain and earned All-NEC recognition in three consecutive years and qualified for the IC4A's six times. 

Finnigan is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management.
