Former Seahawk offensive lineman Charlie McMillan is in his second season serving as Head Equipment Manager for the Wagner College football program.
McMillan has been a fixture within the program since arriving as a freshman in 2005 following a standout prep career at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he earned First-Team All-County honors and was invited to play in the prestigious North-South Broward All-Star Football Game.
After redshirting his freshman year, McMillan earned a starting berth at center before suffering a career-ending back injury in the tenth game of the 2006 season. Following the injury, he stayed close to the program, serving as the team’s video and equipment assistant during the 2007 and 2008 seasons.
McMillan earned his undergraduate degree from Wagner in May, 2009 and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree.
