Staten Island, NY -- The Wagner College women's water polo team cruised past Penn State Behrend 15-0 in their opening game at the Bucknell Invitational in Lewisburg, PA. The Seahawks got at least one goal from every player to play outside of the goal position.

Wagner was led by junior Stacey Travous (New Ulm, MN/Cumberland Valley) who deposited three goals into the net and added three assists. Senior Courtney Crase (Saratoga, CA/Saratoga) had two goals of her own as well as an assist. Another senior in Sara Kramer (Carlisle, PA/Cumberland Valley) added to the scoring barrage when she scored a goal and dished out three assists. Freshman goalie Jennifer Anderson, (Whittier, CA/La Serna) in her first career start posted a shutout and denied eight shots in the process.

Wagner takes on Slippery Rock in their late game today.
