NEC RELEASE

Somerset, NJ – Freshman midfielder Ally Alliegro, who amassed nine points in Wagner's two games last week, including the game-winning goal in an 10-9 overtime win over Stetson, has earned her second straight Northeast Conference (NEC) Rookie of the Week award, the league office announced on Monday.

Ally Alliegro was once again on ??????, scoring six goals and totaling nine points, earning her second consecutive @NECSpots Rookie of the Week award!

Alliegro's game-winner in last Thursday's win over Stetson was one of four goals she had on the day. Against the Hatters, Alliegro added three ground balls, two draw controls and two caused turnovers.

On Sunday, in an 11-9 loss at UMass Lowell, Alliegro scored five points on two goals three assists, in addition to a game-high six draw controls and four ground balls.
 
The first-year Seahawk has accumulated 14 goals and six assists over the first six games of her career, which give her a team-leading 20 points.

The Seahawks are back in action on Saturday, March 17 when they travel to Riverdale. NY for a 1:00 p.m. tilt with the Manhattan College Jaspers.
