Zoe Bender and
Amelia Van Orman. on the 2017 All-NEC team last season, while current junior
Karen Prihoda was named the NEC Rookie of the Week in 2016.
The Grass Valley, CA native also becomes the first pitcher to earn an NEC weekly honor since former Seahawk McKaleigh Goodale was named NEC Co-Pitcher of the Week for last season after posting wins over Sacred Heart and LIU Brooklyn.
Next up, Wagner travels west for the Louisville Slugger Tournament, hosted by the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, from March 2 to March 6.
