Dom Starsia, recently invited his former coach to take in a few Seahawk practice sessions, lending his set of expert eyes to the team.
Starsia, the winningest coach in NCAA Division I men's lacrosse history, who compiled 375 wins in 34 seasons at Brown and Virginia, leading the Cavaliers to four NCAA championships, was only to eager to accept Poskay's invite .
Now a contributor to
US Lacrosse Magazine, Starsia recently penned an account of his time spent with the Seahawks and Coach Poskay, who was among the finest and most decorated student-athletes to play for Starsia and a key member of two of those national title teams.
