Salvoy, NY – Rebekah Elmer scored three goals while Nerissa Barzee and Jackie Lundblad added two goals apiece as Le Moyne, which led by just a 3-0 count at halftime, went on to record a 12-1 win over Wagner.
With the loss, the Seahawks falls to 1-4 on the season while Dolphins improve to 1-3.
With Wagner trailing 3-0 entering the second half, Le Moyne scored eight consecutive goals in building an 11-0 lead. The lone tally of the game for the Seahawks came on an unassisted goal by sophomore attacker
Lauren Petrik (Syracuse, NY/Baldwinsville) with 4:12 left in the game, which made it 11-1. Barzee then notched the final goal of the game for the Dolphins with 2:50 left, fashioning the final score at 12-1.
Ground balls were even at 13-13 while Le Moyne out-shot Wagner 29-16 and led in draw controls by an 8-7 count. Wagner, however, was 0-of-4 on free position attempts while the Dolphins were successful on 3-of-8 free position attempts. Wagner was also undone by turnovers as the Seahawks committed 17 vs. Le Moyne who turned it over 11 times.

Alex Johnston (Manlius, NY/Fayetteville-Manlius) had seven saves on the afternoon before giving way to Marcela Henrnandez (Freeport, NY/Freeport) who played the final 9:38.
Wagner is next in action on Friday, March 19 when they travel to Saint Francis (PA) to meet the Red Flash in a 4:00 pm start.
