Peter Gaglioti begins his second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the women’s soccer program.

Gaglioti brings decades of coaching experience, on both the college and professional level to Grymes Hill, having served as the head women's soccer coach at fellow Northeast Conference (NEC) rival Fairleigh Dickinson from 2000 to 2006. Gaglioti also served as head coach for the Rutgers-Newark men’s soccer program in 1991 and 1992.

Gaglioti was the first-ever head coach for the Knights, compiling a 42-61-7 record over six seasons. In four of the final six years, his team won a minimum eight games. In 2004, he was tabbed as the NEC Coach of the Year after Fairleigh Dickinson finished the year with a 10-8-1 record. Second-year Wagner head coach, Phil Casella, was on staff with Gaglioti during this run.

Following his tenure at FDU, Gaglioti was named Vice President for Sales and Business Development for Sky Blue FC, who competed in the National Women’s Soccer League, in 2008. In 2009, Gaglioti joined the coaching staff at Seton Hall University.

Recently, Gaglioti was named the assistant coach for the US U17 National Team that competed in the U17 World Cup.

Gaglioti is a member of the United States Soccer Coaches Organization, National Soccer Coaches Association of America and served on the NCAA's Division I Mid-Atlantic Women's Soccer Regional Ranking Committee from 2004-2006.
