Bailey On ESPN First Take
St. Louis, MI - 2006 Wagner College graduate
Andrew Bailey will become the first-ever Seahawk to participate in Major League Baseball's mid-summer classic this evening at the new Busch Stadium in St. Louis. Tonight's game will be broadcast on the Fox Network, starting at 8:00 pm (EST).
Beginning at 4:00 pm the Major League Baseball (MLB) Network will be broadcasting live from the Stadium with live feeds of the annual Red Carpet Parade and batting practice before concluding with 30 minutes of highlights from the Red Carpet parade at 7:30 pm.
Bailey is the lone rookie at MLB's 80th mid-season gala and enters the All-Star game red-hot, having not allowed a run in each of his last 11 appearances while reducing his ERA to a microscopic 1.92. He leads all American League relievers with 60 strikeouts and 23 multi-strikeout games while posting a 4-1 record with 10 saves.
