Jermaine Hall was a gifted 6-5, 220-pound power forward, co-captain and First-Team All-NEC performer for the 2002-03 Seahawks, which remain the only men's basketball team in Wagner history to win the NEC Tournament Championship and earn an NCAA Tournament bid. This skilled and physical left-handed force from Dublin, GA was a unanimous selection as the 2002-03 NEC Player of the Year. He was also named MVP of the NEC Tournament where he averaged 22.3 points per game and 6.7 rebounds in the three games, highlighted by a magnificent 27-point, 12-rebound effort in the championship game win over St. Francis Brooklyn. For his career, Hall is Wagner's second all-time leading scorer with 2,278 points, which also ranks fourth on the NEC all-time scoring list. His 19.5 points per game scoring average ranks third all-time for the Seahawks. He also ranks in the career top 10 in field goals made (914, 2nd), field goals attempted (1,583, 2nd), field goal percentage (.577, 5th), blocks (124, 4th), games played (117, T-8th), free throws made (434,  2nd), and free throws attempted (609, 2nd). Hall's name appears throughout Wagner's all-time single-season record books as well, including two of the top 10 all-time scoring averages. In 2002-03, his 21.4 points per game average ranks seventh all time while his 21.0 scoring average in 2001-02 is eighth. In helping to lead Wagner to a 21-11 record during the magical 2002-03 season, which was preceded by a 19-10 mark in 2001-02, Hall recorded 273 made field goals, a figure that ranks third all-time in program history and fifth all-time in NEC history.
