The first inductee into the Wagner College Athletics Hall of Fame for Men's Tennis, Edwin Vreedeveld holds an impressive 52-4 overall singles record during his time on Grymes Hill. Vreedeveld was undefeated during the regular season for two consecutive years of competition from 1983-84 and was team captain for three years. Additionally, he captured a Team Conference Championship and Regional Tournament Championship in doubles as part of the undefeated 1984 campaign. Individually, Vreedeveld captured Men's Tennis All-Conference honors in three of his four years in both singles and doubles competition.
